It sounds like your being irritated by a lot of trivial things.Do you take allergy medicines or any other medication?Sometime they can make you easily aggitated.
I can see how bad food can irritate you.Can you just ask nicely in a calm voice that you'd appreciate being able to make your own food and that you promise to thoroughly cleanup any mess you make?
