1.the turks cant go to war.. their army has no command at the moment. the muslim bortherhood govermant arrested all the millitary commanders and an army without a good command cant win wars.
2.if the turks go to war with greece then israel and cyprus will most likely be involved since the turks keep threatning those countries to.
3.the turks are slowing losing more and more freedoms so the govermant is trying to divert attention to security,thats why all those threats toward syria/israel/greece/cyprus are coming but the wont act on them. just look at 2010 their pm said if israel stops the marmara he will send the turkish fleet to liberate gaza and 2013 nothing happened and when israel started drilling for gas he said again he will send the fleet to take our gas deposits and again nothing happened... just a sheep in lions clothing.

We didn't get the Abrams, at least yet, EU didn't agree with the delivery, but we don't need them either tbh, we have so many tanks as UK, France and Germany combined already, we won't fight such a war again where tanks will be needed.

I just want to point out for us all to realize how important it is for turkish economy to get access to the aegean oil fields.It is 100% economic growth for the next 50 years.Energy efficiency is number 1 sector.Energy gives you everything,even food.

If they dont,then through democracy,theoretically it is the people who decide.

To my opinion the best thing is to give Turkey like 30-40% of the fields and to assure that they will have no territorial claims.So things calm down,both countries are friends,help each over and progress etc.Turkey can be a big market for Greece and versus.
But if some people want war...then war it will be.
