Well, yeah, but don't forget what Giorgakis "Dumpo" Papandreou and Theodore "Whale" Pagkalos were saying about potential oil and natural gas reserves in the Greek peninsula. Or for so many years they're telling us "we don't have oil".
Yes, Europe is desperate for alternative energy supplies, especially after the Ukranian-Russian natgas fiasco.
Turkey however will never accept a solution other than co-sharing. Even if the "creditors" demand peaceful resolution, they won't get it.
A war actually might be the solution for our debt-writeoff, however brutal as it sounds.
