Here is my little interpretation:
the diamonds are the Host of heaven, IE Satan's shinning stars.

by her raising her palms to heaven implies worship by moonshine (nakedness and sex) and molly (I think that means booze or drugs) and she is having visions. She is so enraptured by her vision that she feeling powerful and invincible.
