Sorry if this has been covered before...

In Katy's 'Awake' vid, the Unicorn is often times related to the Illuminati, while the Baphomet/Goat Man is Masonic.

She's pretending to defeat them both, but alas... it's a dream. She 'wakes up' to reality and finds herself on stage as a complete and total puppet to them...



I could do a lengthy analysis on this one, but she basically analyzes herself. There's almost no need to.

She was 'in the dark' (not awake)... and sought the light of Lucifer (Mason/Illuminati) instead of the light of Christ.

The entire song is about what a huge mistake that was.

The butterfly/handler follows her back to the stage to ensure she is 'doing her job'.

In a way we should thank her for telling us in such detail who she is, and who 'they' are. I feel for her when I watch that.
