Yes, Silvanus. I do realize that. There are many metnods and many say that enemas are necessary to help get the poisons out. Coffee is the most common, I have done a sea salt, baking soda method....an old Edgar Cayce recipe.

It's a start and sometimes easier less dramatic methods are safer. A bit at a time is always better when cleaning out in my view anyhow.

Water can be a problem...needs good filtering if you live in the Midwest. The water supplies are so full of Round Up and other poisons you can harm yourself. As radium in the water is a big problem in some areas. A bit of research can tell you what you can expect in your water supply. Oh, I forgot all the drugs going out in the pee getting in there too.

Yes, Flouride too. If we get into a list of all the poisons created by man including viruses & bacterias, it will be a long one. A good immune system is the best defense I image. One can take certain precauiustions,, but it's still Russian roulette every time one eats or drinks.
