If his attorney is able to get the insanity plea, then this case will go away, which is what I suspect the federal government wishes....

James Holmes will be locked away in a mental institution for life, and the Aurora event will have a bow on it, the cherry on top.

Meanwhile how can any person with a reasonable, rational, and critical mind have these two aspects coincide:
1. The man was a Ph.D. student on scholarship for neuroscience at one of the top Universities in the country.
2. He is insane and unfit to stand trial.
