WE have a senate under the thumb of a president whos right to this position is questionable at best, go 1350 days .. four years without a budget. That is against the constitution.. against the law.. who's making them uphold the law or even be accountable? NO ONE.

If they have enough balls to ignore the law .. they have enough balls to make new laws and see they are enforced by hook or by crook.
