My feeling is that it wasn't the vaccine they thought they were receiving. If you were to choose a testing ground to see what the human reaction to a particular substance would be, where else would be better than right smack in the middle of Africa. Unfortunately, the WWW makes everything news in seconds nowadays! The real question is what the real intentions for this new little product might be? And were the CDC involved?????
