Everything she said is recycled info. If you have researched on how to do this you will come across all of these methods which get repeated and spread.

Many people keep saying the same things however I have yet to find someone who has actually done this and opened their third eye and talked about how they did it.

Of course doing these things will make you feel better and more alert but is it really opening their third eye?

I admire her for helping people but if you search for these vids on YouTube they all say the same things.
