St. Louis is a heavily black city. How closely does the percentage of black homicides match the percentage of blacks in the population?
Quoting: Little Bee North side is predominately black and the north side makes all of st. louis look crime infested. South side is about half and half, more white though, I think. South side isn't near as bad as the north side (opposite of most cities).
