AUTOPSY RESULTS: NO FLU
My husband told me that on WBAP 820 am this morning he was listening to them talk about the flu and he siad there was a brief soundbyte from a man in dallas -- he took his daughter to the ER (she was on tylenol and zicam?) and she sat there waiting to be seen.... she had 'the flu'. When the doctor saw her, he asked whether or not she had gotten the flu vaccine and the father replied, 'No, we don't believe in it'. The doctor replied "Well, that's why she has the flu." He then sent her home.

The man took his daughter home, where she died by the next morning. He was angry & didn't believe that she died from 'the flu' so he ordered an autopsy by a separate/different examiner of his choice specifically requesting they check for flu... and guess what? His daughter did NOT have flu. She died of SOMETHING ELSE.

Its interesting how the story he heard on the radio with the man himself speaking is different from the details reported.

Tahila Johnson complained Monday morning of aches and pains “all over her body,” according to a police report. She was taken to Dallas Regional Medical Center in Mesquite that night and discharged about 10 p.m. with Zyrtec and a flu diagnosis, the report says.

WFAA-TV (Channel 8) reports that while the family was told Tahila had the flu, she was never specifically tested for the virus.

That night, Tahila’s grandmother checked on her around 2 a.m. and heard the girl snoring in bed at their home on Hollow Ridge Road. In the morning, she found the girl “stiff and cold to the touch,” the report says.

Paramedics declared the child dead at 7:22 a.m.

The family says they aren’t sure what killed their little girl either. “Honestly , I don’t know what she died from, because they didn’t test her for anything,” her father Earl told CBS 11.

Now Earl Johnson wonders if he should have. “Just make sure they run the proper tests and procedures. Just don’t take their word.”
