Help me to identify these crystals/stones/minerals! ***(Reward for your help!)***
Greetings brothers and sisters!

I am an absolute neophyte when it comes to crystals and minerals and stones, but I am really getting interested in them.

I just found some stones that I believe may be crystals, but I am having a difficult time identifying them!

Can you help me?

I do believe the triangular shaped stone to be rose quartz crystal. It is cold to the touch, heavy for its size, pink-peach in appearance, and it leaves a white mark behind when I drag it across a stone.

The others, I have no clue.

I have two photos for you to use as evidence.

If you have questions to ask me, that may help you to identify the stones, ask me, and I will respond after checking the stone out.

The largest of the four is a really cool light blue/grey/gunmetal color, and it has a glittery shine in the light (I am sure there is a technical term for this attribute.)

The yellowish-orange-beige-brown one is really cool looking!

It is really smooth, so I believe it may be a crystal which was tumbled to get the smooth surface.

The other stone is a white grey color, also smooth surface, with striations or bands of grey color and even a couple thin bands of a faint light brown.

If you can help me to identify these stones properly, as a reward for your helpful and generous assistance, I am willing to offer the following as a thank-you:

I will create for you a custom image, using some type of computer software program. Depending on what you would like, it might be a Paint/Inkscape 'drawing'/'painting' or it could be a photo-shop type image.
You just tell me what you would like, for example:
"My username is Miss Sunflower, and I would like a custom avatar of a pretty sunflower with a cute face on it"
or
"I would like an image of Piers Morgan with a funny saying on the image (like a meme)"

So, thank you in advance for your help!

The pink one is, indeed, rose quartz, the grey one
just appears to be some kind of basic granite or jasper,
The milky white one could be moonstone and the
orange one is what's called a cross stone.
Rise quartz is good for love, moonstone is good
for intuition and jasper has more properties than I
can list here.

OP you need to get to Colorado, if you pick up a handful of rocks out of a stream there's a decent chance of finding semi precocious stones among the quartz and quartz streaked granite like you have. I hear they have even MORE energy than quartz crystals.

SD -

The 3 smaller ones are likely quartzite variants... The larger one is likely a sedimentary rock - quartzite also prolly - note the granular texture.

The 3 smaller ones appear to be grossular crystal fragments - that is to say they exibit no overt characteristics of the crystal structure, i.e. facets. Quartzite is named for its physicl appearance, so the pink is rose quartz, the white one is usually called crystal spar, and the yellowish one would be a citrine.

Note the heavy weathering. They all seem to have fared about the same, so they prolly have the same hardness - another reason other than just the appearance that I think they're all the same type of rock. Assuming you got them from the same place.

Hard to tell more with out physical tests.

That said they are nice rocks, and how they feel to you is what matters... I have many rocks of my own that only appeal to me. Others would pass them by.

Enjoy them.

WOAH~

Thanks!

I did not find them all in the same place.

In fact, I found them in abandoned belongings. There was a few small drawers of broken glass (artistic type glass) and then these stones were in there.

Thought they looked nice, and were lonely and abandoned.

So, I adopted them!

Anyone else have any ideas?

The orange stone looks exactly like granitic specimens that are common all around Lake Superior.

It is easier to tell when they have been polished/tumbled. The orangish round one looks like jasper to me. The white I think is agate, the grey MAY (probably not lol) be hematite.

Did you keep the glass?

Yepp, they all are common granite that you can find everywhere in your backyard! (just kidding)

I always buy thumled stones so that I know what I'm buying.

I do not have the glass, I don't have a use for it.

I am going to go back and check the drawers for more stones...I did not really take my time sifting through the glass.

I like my stones! hf
