Agreed that the insane should not be allowed to have weapons, but it is not hard to make someone appear insane. If you accidentally say the wrong thing to your medical people, they document it, the government may deem you dangerous. They could easily say that of me, even tho I am very stable, but very much a patriot. There is the problem IMO.

Loaded questions, agenda-driven/ power-tripping personnel, any tidbit of information that can be stored and later skewed, compiled, and used against you - all of this electronic medical records storing and sharing was not implemented for simplification of your medical treatment.

While going through triage before seeing the doctor, I was asked at the end of the exam, three questions:

1. Did I feel stressed?
2. Did I feel threatened?
3. Did I feel like doing harm to someone?

The nurse then informed me, that if I had answered "Yes" to any of the questions, I would have LOST my concealed carry permit as it would have gone into my medical records and the VA would have reported it to Homeland Security.

Now, I could see an in-home nursing agency wanting to know this for their employee safety, but going to the doctor or the hospital, I don't believe they are actually asking this.

They are attacking guns, but likely know the real culprit is Pharmaceuticals. Funny that they redacted the names of the 4 prescription bottles found in James' Holmes' apartment, and they didn't take his blood after this because he didn't seem under the influence of anything...so, no evidence there. If a perpetrator is on any street drugs, we know by the next day. Why is the public DENIED any insight into what non-street drugs may have contributed to a crime? Hmmm? What's the logic there? We still don't have toxicology reports on Adam Lanza, either, and the coroner tries to throw everyone off the track by suggesting we need to study his genes.

This gun control project might be a huge cover for what pharmaceuticals have been and are doing to our country. It's deflection. Now, doctors will be brainwashed into this notion that the whole problem is guns, before checking their guilty conscience about being prostitutes for big Pharma. This way they can deflect blame, feel less guilty and can blame "gun ownership" instead of taking responsibility for the fact that they are guilty of prescribing and promoting many medications they that are likely harming the entire population and increasing these strange, violent outbursts. Oh, and now they get to play authoritarian "Police State" by keeping records on everyone that go into electronic databases. Goody!

If a doctor is truly worried about gun safety, they should not be recording answers and can easily have a pamphlet they point patients to without any nosing around.

My Doctor is my friend, we talk a lot, he is a gun man, prepper, ect. He also tells me the ins and outs of the business. It is being shoved down his throat to comply with the feds. I think you know we all live in Obama controlled territory. If the Dr. wants paid, they comply. This only the tip of the iceberg of what this man has in store for Americans.

I know some docs. Obamacare was the last straw for them. Of course I live in a conservative state for the most part. There are a lot of Democrats, but they're Dixiecrats so very conservative. A lot own guns because they've saved some money and want to protect their families. It's surprisingly easy to talk about prepping and guns because THEY own them and are actually interesting in what might happen. They're educated people, see poverty and abuse of the system and criminals every day. A lot are quite awake.
