What’s more, Morgan’s supposed attack on the Second Amendment is likely protected by the First Amendment. His speech would have to present “immediate danger” in order to break the law. Schifanelli said it’s unlikely Morgan’s defense of gun restrictions would meet that requirement.

That is just off the top of my head.

Now each of these categories has many guns in the category, you pick which one you want by how you feel that day. My personal favorite round is a 30-30 but I won’t put a scope on my favorite gun, I like the iron sights, but can’t really go shooting red tail in open Texas at 200 + yards with just iron sights. So that’s another gun. White tail in Ohio need a good slug shotgun, some shotguns just don’t throw a slug very well but they may be perfect for pheasant instead. That’s two more guns.

There is a reason shotguns come in so many gauges and there is a reason for each type of rifle round. Shoot a rabbit with a 30-06 and there will be nothing left.
