Under todays circumstances, and considering who is occupying the white House, I think an armed march on Washington would be a bad idea. I would lean more toward an armed march on every county courthouse in the United States. More people could(and would) participate, less chance of a massacre by TPTB, and would demonstrate true grass roots support for the 2nd. Just my 02.

The truth of the matter is Executive Orders in no way shape or form have any enforement capability on Private Citizens, E.O.'s do not have the force of law behind them. A private citizen cannot be arrested or fined for not following an Executive Order.

Executive Orders were meant to be edicts and orders to the Bureaucracy, and they can Mandate certain regulations or enforcement actions that fall within the legal pervue of the particular agency or agencies the E.O. address'...

A well planned march on D.C. is far over due. Keep in mind many of us cannot make it that far. Every state should also do the same on the same day. Go to your state capitals as well. Nation wide. Cant make it to your capital? Your local court house then.

You may be right. I tend to lean in the direction of doing both. That would give more of the ladies who carry a chance to show up locally.

Canada is very close to the United States, and what hurts us will likely hurt you as well. If they introduce "sweeping" gun control regulations here, the powers that be the world over will be emboldened. It demonstrates that if you can pull that shit HERE, you can pull that shit elsewhere without the people doing anything. It might not be very long until you Canadians lose what gun rights you still.

Tea party most likely. There are organized coalitions in every state. First step is to begin demanding that they lend their support infrastructure. If enough do so, maybe publicly everyone that cares should begin to call or contact their respective conservative talk show hosts, and start airing the concept that way. It might take off. Possibly start with Glenn Beck - I'm guessing he's already planned to do something in this regard, but a little prodding never hurt. Plus, even for those that consider him a tool, if his message is consistent with the objective, it really doesn't matter. So use him.

Those that reject the requests, we will know are part of the controlled opposition. Good way to separate the wheat from the cow shit, and I know what to do with cow shit.

Did you see the other thread about the 2800 pg obamacare bill. There is a portion on legal firearms in the bill preventing restrictions on lawful firearm posession, I hope the people on that thread are correct about that.

An armed march on any Government body is a very bad idea.

TPTB would use that action to further their agenda by using a sniper to kill a official/cop at that march.
