That'll enable you to make paranoid and quite possibly very dangerous diagnoses of any ailments that idiotic site says you have. How else can you be your own fake doctor without WebMD.com otherwise? Conspiracy Theorist is nothing more than a derogatory title used to dismiss a critical thinker. sssss User ID: 31811952 Australia 01/09/2013 10:58 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I had the same problem a year ago with the heart palpitations. The pain was so severe i would drop to my knees and be gasping for air on the floor. Had the same problem with the doctors, so i may be able to help you out to some degree. I fixed/applied the following and haven't had a problem since. 1) hows your stress levels, and rest/sleep. 2) your diet, how much processed foods involved. Energy drinks and "aspertame" (in alot of things) are renowned for heart problems. 3) clean water- no flouride, heavy metals. Those 3 things will fix virtually the cause of any problem. High blood pressure could also be a culperate, but is solved by the above. Do you have any other symptoms? Another consideration would be spiritual phenomena. Lots of this going around these days, which tend to have quite a few uncomfortable symptoms. Energy blockages, suppressed emotions will result in heart palpitations. As would the opening of the heart Chakra. I discovered later on my cause was a combination of really high stress and a chakra opening. Hope you sort it out. THE CHANGE IS COMING! Most common medical doctors are nothing more than pill pushers. Even more so for supposed "psychiatrists". However, let's not hate on our eye surgeons and whatnot. Removing a cataract that would otherwise blind us isn't quackery. |

Ask a physics professor how well they do in class. LOL Just keep going doctor to doctor and find the right one. Bill the doctors that misdiagnosed you. They call it a practice for a reason. Practice does not always mean perfect. |

Mordier L'eft User ID: 31869176 Canada 01/09/2013 11:08 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | here's something radical : go to a chiropractor. not a run-of-the-mill guy, but someone who's gung-ho about finding out what's going wrong. i had a chiropractor once do for me what a doctor has never done : he showed me my x-rays. he showed me the sideways curve in my spine that no other doctors had thought to be concerned about. the spinal chord controls the organs of your body, and when a portion of your spine is out of alignment, or damaged, then the organs regulated by the chords which exit the spinal column in those areas will be affected. this is the usual cause of mysterious afflictions of vital organs. --"In this era of great big brains anything that can happen will. Anonymous Coward User ID: 9648488 United States 01/09/2013 11:11 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I sympathize with you. I just quit going unless I absolutely have to. Last time I went was for a lymph node the size of a ping-pong ball that had been that big for over 6 months. He looked at it and said 'yeah, you have larger salivary glands than most people'. He then proceeded with a routine check up where he listened to my heart and asked if I knew I had a heart murmur. I have had a murmur all of my life! It is in all of my records! I had rheumatic fever as a child and that's what caused it. Anyway, he ordered a ultrasound of my heart. 2 days later he emailed e and said I have mild Aortic Valve Stenosis. Nothing to worry about. Quoting: Requiemdream (Ghost) So - Both of my parents died of cancer. He did not address the swollen lymph node that I still have. He 'discovered' a murmur and told me I have a heart valve problem that is no big deal - thru email. He doesn't think I should follow up with a cardiologist, since he is just a GP. I am getting tired and more depressed all the time and have no where to go. And YES - he pushes pills BIG TIME! It SUX! Errr....sorry :( That's just not much help! Just letting you know there are others out there! Try to find a doctor who will listen - if you can. That is the most important thing! You probably know this but a swollen lymph node means you have an infection of some sort somewhere. If it's large like that and has been there for months, you should check in with a different doctor and try to find out the cause. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31861717 So you have been on several prescriptions, and then had this problem and they gave you another prescription on top of the ones you already have? I would seriously look into whether your symptoms could be a "side effect" of the prescriptions you are taking, perhaps they need to adjust your prescription, lower the dose, change any of the drugs? And perhaps throwing another drug on top of several prescriptions you are already taking is not the best solution? Heresy I know! You are so young, I bet you could correct the issues you are having with diet and supplements. I bet a magnesium deficiency could be causing your heart palpitations. It's worth looking into. |
