i'll be short :

your problem like anyone is excess cholestrol. which should be handled by liver. liver eventually run out of space holding all the bad fat - fatty liver. this will give you first - bad body odor, inconsistant stools(mostly constipated) and less dark. if its light color that means gall bladder is full of cholestrol and if it stays that way without proper food it would turn into stones. when the stones try to pass out of 1000's of liver ducts you'll feel the symptoms you've mentioned. you'ld feel like you're having heart attack. remember that liver is sitting right beneath your lungs and encapsulating heart.

solution: cut excess fat but not completely. try to get liver cleanse and in the meantime take raw acv(start with a tablespoon in a glass of water). lemon water will also soothe the symptoms. it might take a year or two to completely rid of stones in the liver. you can fix your problem by reading book by andreas moritz: amazing gallbladder flush.

you'll not only cure yourself of this misery but also inspire others around you. remember that unless you address liver all other solutions are temporary fix!
