I'm only young (37). I had a heart attack when I was 35. They put me on numerous pills. I was fine until on Sunday my heart had weird palpitations. Went to the docs they have me more pills. Was fine taking pills until this morning. Woke up feeling great until I took pills. Thought I'd die. Just calmed down now. I don't know what the fuck!?!!

They are often good at finding the ones that causes your problem. Second, I'd start taking magnesium, maybe 500 mgs a day. It helps to regulate heart beats. Irregular heart beat is a bigger killer than blocked arteries. I'd also be adding 200 mgs of CoQ10 in a single serving each day and I would start taking the herb hawthorn a couple times a day.
