Its really hard to keep weight off as you get older , I was a "perfect 10" in my teens and twenties.....I was going to the gym 3 times a week up until a knee injury last year and watching what I ate but STILL I wasn't super slim.....I ve had to pack in running but try to walk 3 miles or more each day with the dog.....I m 48 , don't drink or smoke so my skin is still good and I can pass for 10 years younger BUT the pesky weight !!!!! usually buy size 10/12 thesedays but clothes have got bigger in recent years....I d say honestly I m probably size 12/14.....

I'm your age...but I'm a size 4-6. Don't make it to the gym every day like I wish. it's all int he eating. Watch the carbs, if you cut those you will LOSE...guaranteed! No matter what age. Cut the carbos out big time and you are good.
