Winter Storm Gandolf will bring snow, strong winds, and dangerously low wind chills across a broad expanse of the West and the Northern Plains over the next several days.

Low pressure will track from northern Utah Thursday afternoon to Nebraska by Friday and toward Lake Superior by early Saturday; as usual, the adverse winter weather will be north of this path.
