If you do what the OP says make sure you take some vitamin K2 (vit. mk7 actually) with your vitamin D3 to correctly regulate your calcium. Quoting: SevenThunders Overall good advice however. aloha!! thanks for joining in since most people are deathly low on d, would it not take years of taking it without k2 to calcify anything? |

Especially now that Amazon.co.uk offers free shipping to various countries in the EU. Splendid. :) But how much Vitamin D and K2 is there in the 1oz - 30ml bottle? And is it Vitamin K2 MK-4 or MK-7? I've read that humans should take about 120-150 mcg of K2 every day. |

But still, you'd expect the D/K2 liquid combination to be more expensive, no? |

Ricotta cheese is a great source, also... There's a only a few manufacturers that sell real D, as everything else is synthetic and full of magnesium stearate (a kidney toxin), and bad preservatives... Also, if you are somewhere you can get some sunshine, do not neglect to sunbathe if at all possible. Vitamin D3 is great but sunning is the ultimate way to turbo-charge your immune system. cheers~~ |

Quoting: Bowyn Aerrow Humans are not meant to ingest vitamin D. They are designed to create their own by being outside in the sunlight. What do you mean we are not supposed to ingest it? Fish contains vitamin d and the last time I checked we eat/ingest fish. That is how people get vitamin d when they have no sunlight or not enough of in winter and the rest of the year. So I don't see how taking some supplements would be bad as long as one doesn't take too much. |
