Where are you seeing "voluntarily surrendered"? It says "voluntarily retired." These are not the same things. It just reads like they both just didn't bother with going on and renewing their license. I don't like Obama either, but this is grasping at straws IMO.

You completely misunderstand the amount of continuing education and upkeep it requires to maintain a license to practice law, then. It's quite a bit of work. lol, maybe, but i do understand the concept of "easy come, easy go," and lets face it Obama and hard work have never been introduced.
