to me that reeks of insurance-engineered event; theyare lying; it happened during the class period,and was an accident; they want to be sued, the taxpayers will pay that; the insurance company willnot raise their insurance rates if the court makes the tax payers pay for it instead of the insurance company. tax payers are good people uh huh  suckers  you may be partially or fully correct. i heard from a lawyer friend that lawsuits are being filed against the school for creating an enviroment where students are unable to defend themselves 'gun free zone' also basically giving the shooter the ability to do as he pleased.
