Actually no, There are several problems with your argument, Senator Feinstein as it states is a public figure, and does not have legal rights to any of her images, or the use of her name. I could print Feinstein shirts all day long and pay her nothing for the ability to do so. I could just list it as Political advertising. It's how all the Obama joker posters and parodies of all other political figures are made fun of.
