She then locked her classroom door and herded her students into the bathroom, where she locked them in and blocked the door with a tall storage unit. "I felt that, in the time, I tried to be very strong for my children," she told WABC. "I said anyone who believed in the power in the prayer, we need to pray. And those who don't believe in prayer, think happy thoughts... I told the kids I love them and I was so happy they were my students... I didn't think we were going to live." -she put kids in the bathroom -she lock the door -she blocks the door with story unit and then... she go inside the bathroom to talk with them???? NO. 1. She put them in the closet. 2. She put a large bookcase in front of the classroom door. 3. She went back and into the closet with her children. Other versions are just journalistic error.laziness. listen her interview, i dont think she says the put the bookcase in front of the classroom door, but the bathroom door (at 0:32) Sorry, Fred. No. She does not say she put the bookcase in front of the closet door. This is confirmed later when she expresses fear that the gun man might still break in through the barricade, and, if he heard them "start shooting the door".. She wouldn't say that were the closet door hidden by a large bookcase. at 0:30 "i pull the bookshelf before i close the door in front of it" so she talk about the bathroom door. (but as you could see, i am not english, so i am never sure of me for this)
