A NUN can be a suspect the same as any other person who was there that day can be a suspect.
I wouldn't put it past a NUN to carry an UZI under her trechcoat.
The Jesuits are pretty well known for their Drug Trafficing and criminal operations, as well as using NUNS as couriers.
