The problem with that in today's paranoid society is that if I were to walk into the grocery store with a visible holster and sidearm, I'd be thrown to the ground and tazed before I got past the first aisle. We are no longer a nation of "innocent until proven guilty" and the citizens know more about the law than those hired to enforce it!
