Take it from a long time HAARPtard. They read the trends in natural disasters and hype, and make up a Photoshop graphic. Don't believe me? Well, what do they monitor with? What equipment do they use? Why do their charts have numbers but no tangible legend? How come it never syncs up with what THE ACTUAL REAL HAARP EQUIPMENT is doing? It's bullshit. The site owner spends 10 mins browsing disaster hype and making a simple graphic, and then rakes in advertising revenue.
