Check out the "chart" exif data. It was created in Photoshop CS6. It is a chart of nothing. It contains no actual data.

It's not even a graphic being spit out by monitoring software. It's straight from Photoshop.

And that second site you got to "confirm" the story? It's the same damn people. They own both sites.
