I used to think the Judge was a real patriot, but then that pesky common sense set in. Fox is merely the "controlled opposition" of the big 3 MSM. They appear anti-Obama, but still beat the Iran war drums just like every one else.
The Judge is playing his "get the masses fired up" role very well. If he was the real Patriot deal he wouldn't be employed by Fox, that's for sure.
