When it seems to be to good to be true, it is. However, I don't trust Wikipedia to tell the whole truth, nothing about any of his(Miller) own cases are on Wikipedia.

i'm almost done with the 3rd video and the only thing I've learned so far is "how awesome" the speaker is. At least that's the only thing that came out of his mouth... his awesomeness.

If you watched the whole series, could you indicate the video that has the meaty stuff, cause I'm really tired of hearing all of that awesomeness from the speaker's mouth... directed exclusively at himself. No grammar lessons so far.

but I've been watching that thing for over one hour now and I still didn't learn anything (except that the speaker is awesome, and has an IQ of 200, prosecutes federal judges, took turns with monica lewinsky doing the nasty with bill clinton, and had paid vacations by the chinese government...)

I find it interesting, and I can see how you could tear apart a police officer, or even a prosecuting attorneys paper work by pointing out that the language is incorrect and therefore the case should be dismissed.

You would have to know your grammar as well as Miller does and know what laws to sight like he does..

In video 12 he shows how the police officer wrote in his statement that the defendant "went through the stop sign"

Miller was able to tear that statement apart and asked how the defendant could go through this piece of metal, and thus got the case dismissed.

Law is technical and if these tactics were used properly I believe you could easily get tons of evidence thrown out.

This guy can write in every written language frontwards and backwards, and yet within the first minute of the video, he can't speak using proper grammar?
