Customer Service Reps exist ONLY to serve me.

It is not for them to have feelings or an opinion. They are a ZERO - an irrelevance in any transaction that I am involved in.

...So, just what is this whining about "bad customers"?

Look, there is no such thing as a "bad customer", by definition. APeople in a store should ALWAYS feel honoured that we with money are prepared to consider spending it and help them keep their jobs.
