The fact that it got picked out of thousands to actually be heard is a big deal. She has to at least be heard and if 4 justices are intrigued enough, it goes further. You do understand the steps involved in this process and she is doing them as she should. She will hopefully find an honest judge. But I heard that Roberts sent her forward to the higher court so she can never again go to another justice again with this info.
