If Obama is found to be ineligible to hold the office of president, then by OPERATION of LAW, all documents he signed become NULL and VOID. All Executive Orders, Obamacare, NDAA, etc.

Does anyone else find it odd that the conference is scheduled for the same day asteroid 2012 DA14 is 'not' supposed to hit us? February 15 is also about the time the US will run out of money and possibly default.

The fact that the court has agreed to hear this case is an indication that ANYTHING - from a complete brushoff and coverup (again) to invalidating a president's right to hold the office - and/or anything you can think of between those two extremes, can and may well happen. As members of the public, regardless of which side of the thorny issue you may be on - we all can only wait and see what the outcome may be.

Whether Roberts has had a change of heart influencing his political leanings or if he was merely doing what he hopes will be the beginning of national health care for every citizen -- remains to be seen.

As with all things - time will tell the entire story. If we but wait long enough to see it unfold.

The court has NOT agreed to hear this case.........This is just a conference meeting where they skim thru preliminary records etc and 4 out of the 9 have to vote to proceed to a FULL investigation..

I dont think it's an 'if', but a 'when'. this man has committed so many felonies it's not even funny. and ironically there's enough circumstantial evidence right in Google to bring into a court of law and request a subpoena into federal databases.

The fact that it got picked out of thousands to actually be heard is a big deal. She has to at least be heard and if 4 justices are intrigued enough, it goes further. You do understand the steps involved in this process and she is doing them as she should. She will hopefully find an honest judge. But I heard that Roberts sent her forward to the higher court so she can never again go to another justice again with this info.

If you had followed Orly Taitz, her radio interviews, her blog, her press statements, etc., for the past four years, as I have, you would know that her Number One Priority is fighting Communism.

Not everyone who has connections to Israel and AIPAC is a rabid Zionist.

I grew up in a Jewish neighbourhood in California, then worked in Hollywood, dominated by the same group, and I have no illusions about them.

It is ridiculous and sad that the only way we can fight the dangerous encroaching infiltration of Islam everywhere in the world is to line up for gefilte fish.

Orly Taitz wants our Constitutional Republic to survive, and she knows it never will, unless Obama is removed from office.

I would also like to point out that Chief Justice Roberts could have dismissed her application for a hearing, but he did not.

Obama has made enemies of the Supreme Court, and really Roberts' decision on Obamacare being a tax, but unconstitutional under the Commerce Clause otherwise -- meant that it will be overturned in time!

The Supremes don't want Obama to have the chance, which he wants hungrily, to sit new Justices, of his own choosing, on the bench of the Supreme Court.

I think we are close to victory.

So don't go burning Joan of Arc at the stake.

I've been hopeful in the past, and time & time again, justice has been denied. For whatever reason, every person who has had the authority (and the obligation) to ~act~ in this case has either backed down, stepped down, layed down, or played down the severity of these treasonous charges.

In doing so, the guilty party(s) have remained free to continue with their agendas, and each time justice fails to serve, we see the level of arrogance they show publically grow a little bit more each & every day.

Arrogance is an ugly personality trait....but when you combine it with criminality & lawlessness, it becomes intolerable.

I believe this is why so many people are finally waking up and saying to themselves:

"How the f*ck did we get here?"

I would like to live in fantasy world with the rainbows, cotton candy, and perfect 75* degree days.....but I've done that already. Many of us have. THAT is the problem.

But as many others have done before me.....and as many others continue to do, you are seeing a record number of people opening their eyes & they are seeing for the first time the true reality of the world we live in.

It becomes impossible to believe this can continue much longer. We've had enough. We're done. And their political gravy train is about to be de-railed.

I don't know what will happen.....and although deep inside I hope it will not be an outright 'war'......common sense tells me otherwise.
