The fact that the court has agreed to hear this case is an indication that ANYTHING - from a complete brushoff and coverup (again) to invalidating a president's right to hold the office - and/or anything you can think of between those two extremes, can and may well happen. As members of the public, regardless of which side of the thorny issue you may be on - we all can only wait and see what the outcome may be.
Whether Roberts has had a change of heart influencing his political leanings or if he was merely doing what he hopes will be the beginning of national health care for every citizen -- remains to be seen.
As with all things - time will tell the entire story. If we but wait long enough to see it unfold.
Quoting: MarkinAZ The court has NOT decided to hear the case. The court HAS agreed to review this case along with more than 1000 other cases, of which it will choose about 10 to actually give a hearing. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 31217084 Wrong. This case was chosen out of 1000 to be heard. They only listen to 100 and she got it. Big news Quoting: Anonymous Coward 15676325 I remember not too long after he became (faux) president the SC reviewed a similar case and we waited a day or so with bated breath. The cases chosen for a hearing were listed online and the obama case wasn't among them. IIRC they don't have to explain why they decide not to hear a particular case. And they didn't explain it. It was a major disappointment and that was it. Hopefully Orly has better results, but after being disappointed by the many State cases and that one SC review, I don't have much hope for Barry getting what he deserves. Quoting: truthwillsetyoufreeagain I feel the same way.. But after all flood tides Ebb tide will follow. The pendulum can only stay to the left for so long before it comes back down to the right..
