Sleepless...ongoing issue
So for the past few weeks I have been sleepless. Tired yes, but my mind is searching for stimulation. I am not dwelling on any particular issue, my mind is just seeking some form of stimulation. I have tried reading, writing, watching television, listening to music, and meditating.
My mind just seems unsatisfied. After mentioning this to others, I am not the only one. Others have mentioned the exact symptoms, some cant get to bed, others are waking up earlier than normal.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? What do you think the reason behind this is?

Sprinkle holy water about your bed and pray a simple prayer with sincerity. I mean it. Works.

be thankfull.,. i havent slept for many weeks straight thru with sound rest. The events when I close my eyes turn terrifying.. The blood and killers who I run from and the true to life universes I visit when my eyes close scare me to death in fear.. We are being systematically slaughtered by them..

Forget sleep.. We all need to awaken

It's the media. They've so programed (brain washed) us that we can only be happy if we're buying stuff and when we're not able to shop we become chronically depressed.

Stop allowing yourself to think of money = happiness. It's the BIG lie and you need to reprogram your thoughts. You have the ability but it does take effort that most can't be bothered with.

If you're serious then you need help because you're headed for a major crises. People who don't get enough sleep get sick. Try praying before sleeping and ask God to prevent you from having bad dreams. Its helped me when I've remembered to do it.

Re: Sleepless...ongoing issue
Have a good old thrash of your hampton.
The endorphins you will release (amongst other things!) promote a nice, restful sleep.

(I would say have sex with your partner but since you're asking advice from here I think it's safe to assume you're a loner.)
