Just checked my local WM......they have a sign up to notify that there is a 2 box limit per customer on ammo...

What little they did have....I got the last 2 boxes of .40 S&W....they no 9mm, no .357 or .38, and no .45acp......saw 2 cops trying to buy ammo as well.....no dice for piggy piggy!

Actually (while I agree with you) legal precedent says, this is NOT the case, they have regulated all types of Ammo through the bureaucracy over the years, and the courts have supported this notion.

They classify ammo as an explosive device by definition...

I think you'll see WalMarts becoming THE primary governmental dispersion points for their specific geographic areas for rationing food, clothes, and even staple items.

Physical buildings (stores) in place
Warehousing in place
Transport and distribution networks in place
Supply Vendors in place
Employees in place
Conditioning of the people that this is "THE" place to go for your needs.

Just because they do something does NOT make it constitutional. It's time to read the constitution for what it says and not listen to the egg heads that tell us they've decided it says something different. I don't give a god damn what the bureaucracy has decided. If you have visited any Wally's lately you would know there is very little ammo sitting on the shelves. I've looked at a dozen all over Texas and most are down to bird shot only. Local Wally said anything they get in is gone before it even hits the shelves.
