Can he make an executive order that will cause ammo to become unavailable? Ammo is an "arm." The right of the people to keep and bear ARMS shall not be infringed. The constitutional answer is "HELL NO!" I sincerely hope you are right. I am so pissed right now... |

Can he make an executive order that will cause ammo to become unavailable? Oh yeah... It all falls under legal pervue of ATF... They can decide if certain classifications of Ammo become illegal through regulation... Yeah, just like FDR decided to intern all the American Japs in WW2. He can decide that, but that does NOT make it constitutional. It's totally illegal for them to do that - which doesn't mean they won't actually DO IT. They violate the law every fucking day and it's time to put a fucking STOP TO IT. |

This is what is coming next. We are going to be treated as criminals and 'processed' before we can exercise our God given right to keep and bare arms. Welcome to the New World. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 31962852 United States 01/12/2013 10:58 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | "Upcoming decision on the second amendment?" The only decision coming about the second amendment is whether or not the people have to drag tyrants from their ivory towers (along with any gestapo that support them) and dispense justice upon them. TPTB would be wise to frame this issue in such a light because a lot of Americans have framed it so. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 32028668 United States 01/12/2013 10:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Excuse me? Obama is going to decide on the Second Amendment? That decision was taken by the States, not George Washington, in 1791. End of Story. Neither King Hussein, nor anybody else in the country can change that. Screw Walmart. The business will just go to more deserved distributors. Remember this folks, so when they change their "decision", don't go back to them. I wouldn't buy guns or ammo from them now if they had the lowest prices on Earth. I never set foot in K Mart after they threw in with lezbo anti-gun sweat hog Rosie O'Donnell. |

Actually (while I agree with you) legal precedent says, this is NOT the case, they have regulated all types of Ammo through the bureaucracy over the years, and the courts have supported this notion. They classify ammo as an explosive device by definition... ClydeX User ID: 11310285 United States 01/12/2013 11:01 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Just wait long enough - Since his death, WalMart has grown far away from the vision and goals established by Sam Walton. This also includes Sam's Wholesale Club. I think you'll see WalMarts becoming THE primary governmental dispersion points for their specific geographic areas for rationing food, clothes, and even staple items. Physical buildings (stores) in place Warehousing in place Transport and distribution networks in place Supply Vendors in place Employees in place Conditioning of the people that this is "THE" place to go for your needs. Governmental alignment (and employees indoctrination) in place - remember the "See something/ Say something" commercials on the flat screens throughout their stores? WalMart has also been instrumental in the test-bedding of RFID Chips implanted within various products which they distribute. These are neither accidents, nor coincidence. It's time to read the constitution for what it says and not listen to the egg heads that tell us they've decided it says something different. I don't give a god damn what the bureaucracy has decided. It's not legal for government to infringe the right of the people to keep and bear arms - regardless of how long they've done it in the past or what egghead legal decision says different. |

If you have visited any Wally's lately you would know there is very little ammo sitting on the shelves. I've looked at a dozen all over Texas and most are down to bird shot only. Local Wally said anything they get in is gone before it even hits the shelves. Texas has yet to learn submission to any oppression, come from what source it may.
