Penalty will most likely be 10 years in prison. All they have to do is access the records all gun stores maintain.... And you think the threat of 10 years in prison is enough to get gun owners to give up the rights guaranteed to us by the constitution? Our RIGHTS do not come from 0bama and the leftfucks in government. Therefore, they cannot be taken away BY them. It's not legal for government to do this - they are violating constitutional law. They are the lawless, not gun owners. Well Skippy, may I recommend you take a copy of that "Constitution" to a gun fight and see how much protection it affords you.
