Yup - the illusion of law enforcement 'controlling' the population is just that - they are powerless against any united front from even pretty small groups of people. Just look at the way muslims, blacks, pikeys can get away with murder, simply by making themselves a nightmare to deal with.

Thier power lies in being able to use ovewhelming force to pick people or groups off one at a time - with the consent of ordinary citizens.

Once the threat of losing your job, any realsitic prospect of being taken to court, fined etc is gone - they are done!
