But i bombed my system with Emergen-C 2 packets of it at 2000mg of Vit C 3 times on saturday... noon, evening and night. I ate yogurt twice on saturday as well

I did nettie pot therapy twice on Saturday... noon and evening.

I feel asleep around 9:30pm and woke up at 7am on Sunday... did a nettie pot therapy... 2000mgs of Emergen-C and a cup of yogurt...

repeated the above at noon and 6pm

at 8pm I used a natural tea plant that grows here in Eastern Kentucky... Mullien... i gather it throughout the year and dry it out for when I get sick... I made a tea from it and drunk about 14 ounces of it... its really great for respiratory infections and urinary infections (which i dont have)

Right now I'm 95% over it! I usually get deathly sick from any sort of flu/cold... if i dont prevent it... it sets up as Pneumonia and thats hell!! So im glad I got it on the run! :)
