Emilie Parker with Obama... debunked?

I was shocked when I saw the vid of the fade away from a 2010 year old Emilie to the 2012 one with the girls and Obama. I was ready to cry from the hilltops... then I found this.

It is pretty obvious to me that, that's Emilie's little sister in a hand-me-down dress with Obama... but I'm no expert and I've learned long ago not to always believe what my eyes tell me.

So what do you think GLP community? Is the Emilie/Obama pic debunked?
