Typical common sociopath...they know the words but can't hear the music...sure, contracts and/or treaties are words; but the essence of any agreement is heart - trust, love of humanity and the want/god given desire to protect and nurture feeling and understanding between Human Beings. It has very little or eff-all to do with the paper it's written on or pretty word structure, the language it's written in or some cold calculation...The fact that the Moronic Secret Service/ FBI/CIA payed him a visit should tell people just how fucked up and detached the people are that this 'genius' speaks for...They can't up their game, because they don't understand human feelings.
