Things have changed significantly at our elementary school. Entrance is on another side of building as of Jan 7. Security systems aware being installed the entire week last week. ALL teacher and staff cars are parked facing OUT. Every one of them. Assuming exit strategy if needed?

AND police officer in school and around school. I have no idea if this is a permanent implementation or temporary, but I hear of no complaints thus far.

I can guarantee there would be little, if any at all, opposition to an armed officer at the schools in my area. It's an upper class, don't tread on me, type area. And we are all peaceful and very happy here. :)

This gun grab isn't over yet and mark my words as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow there will be another incident somewhere that gives the government cause to act "in our best interest".

Fuck having cops at the school. They turn every little breaking of school rules into a criminal act.

They're arresting six year olds and charging them with crimes when they used to just get a detention.

This isn't about kids in schools breaking rules. Wtf? They were there all last week with the security installation and administration.

Realistically, how many teachers would be in favor? Of those who are not, do you foresee any legal actions? Duh, yes. Teachers having relationships with students, disgruntled teachers, teachers having affairs.... It's political itself within that administration. Don't be a stupid fool. I see it EVERY FUCKING SCHOOL DAY. A few classes in shooting all the sudden qualifies a teacher? All teachers? Which teacher? OMG. ALL teachers are not pro gun and it only takes ONE teacher in a law suit, challenging the teacher who IS permitted to carry a gun.


One officer right inside the doorway, along with other security measures, is all it would take across the nation.

If Sandy Hook was a hoax (and I do believe it was) then it's great to see their plan back fire in their faces. More guns IN the schools in the hands of the TRAINED STAFF is the answer.

Parent teacher conferences could get interesting. And because of the label, you think every single teacher, OR one the state/systems deems "qualified", can be trusted? Keep hanging onto those labels if it makes ya feel all warm and fuzzy at night.

Once again, it's amazing that the label "teacher" makes all feel so safe with guns and all would of course not be apart of the "agenda". after all, they are the ones raising our children. They're probably in on it also.

Fact is that TEACHERS will be carrying the guns in this school district and there's nothing you can do about it.

The feds will never allow this just like marijuana legalization. You want a reallllllllll mind fuck? Read about the interstate commerce clause. The feds created national gun free zones in schools by arguing that it falls under the interstate commerce clause stating that if children were worried about being shot at school their grades would suffer there by reducing there future economic prosperity and thus impacting commerce nationally........

Hmmm. Who runs the board? LOL. It's not run by the citizens I can tell ya that.

Btw, I'm ALL for schools being armed, but lets see.... Recently, a teacher sent a community wide email, anonymously calling out a teacher having an affair with another married teacher. Want to talk about impulsive anger? By the time all was exposed, there was a divide among the faculty that extended to parents. Lets add guns to that mix. And that's small compared to what happens elsewhere. Lets arm a nation of teachers!

And edit to add that I would much rather have an officer up at school, or the like, rather than some teachers with impulse control issues and have their own agenda. Everyone has their own agenda.

And don't compare this sandy hoax garbage to all police in This country. Whether its a hoax or not, there are plenty of cops with kids in schools who aren't part of some mystical hoax. You are a waste of my time. I'm not going to enable your delusions about police states, or whatever kind of garbage to have left to hash out.

Btw, I've worked in the field of education....deep in. And if you think the board of ANY school doesn't have their own agenda, OR the agenda of their superiors, you are sadly a fool. They are ALL in it buddy, by your standards. Good luck in lala land.
