She's over here all the time dropping poop logs into our yard. They aren't always even solid logs, but runny ones as well. The neighbor sometimes comes over when he doesn't think we're looking and sprays our lawn to wash away the poop. I need help, what do I do?? Set a bag of diapers by their front doorstep? Electric fence? What?? What do I do??? Arghhhh!!! It's so unsetting!!

Usually a normal person would not do that. If so, have a discussion with them and/or report it to your health department since it may be a bio-hazard and let them take action. If you think she is just doing it to be mean, perhaps encourage poison ivy or plant rose bushes, blackberry canes, etc., anything with thorns in addition to getting her doing it on video.
