Re: Moon totally on it's side right now
The question shouldn't be whether the u-shaped moon phenomenon exists or not, but HOW OFTEN.

Since naturally I don't watch the skies 24/7 I noticed this for the first time i think in March 2012.
I looked it up online and everything seems okay according to plan, even got myself more educated on the moon's phases.

But then I got to see it more and more often.
I remember when I was in Thailand on vacation, from Sept. 8-14 I recall to see it every night at about 1-4 am.

Saw at yesterday too, and the day before at 7-8 pm.

Is it random?
 Quoting: heresjohnny

No, astrotard and friends now are saying that it happens every night even on our nothern hemisphere because of field rotation bullshit as it happens for the stars (lol), (I'm not kidding).

But to each his own. All i'm saying is that a picture is not proof of anything, whether the argument was for me or against me. You can believe it illustrates proof, but you cannot prove it unedited. So I see no reason why anyone would wish to use these unreliable sources as a basis for factual information.

Of course I can ban astro from this thread, his intentions are obvious, but also transparent for most on GLP, I never ban him from my threads because I like the people here to see him for what he is. Everyone looks up to the dude, I just like to show him to be the shill he is. I keep him on here as an example, what's funny is he thinks he has the upperhand, when in reality he's just a child playing into an adults game.

Holy fucking shit dude, learn how to do even a small bit of research. If you don't know how long it took the crawler to deliver the Saturn V to the launch pad or how long they did that in advance of a launch, learn how to look it up.
You can not have this knowledge.. You were not there. You would be reading someone else's opinion if you claimed to have gained this knowledge. You are so far beyond naive it's ridiculous
 Quoting: AC

LMFAO! You are such an idiot! Someone else's opinion my ass. Learn what a fact is, dumbass. I grew up by the launchpads, I watched rockets and shuttles come and go. They don't drive those things up there day of launch (Falcon 9 will be a rare exception eventually, but even now it is still tested on the pad days before launch). It's not a matter of "opinion," idiot, thousands of people lived in the communities around the launch pads, they SAW THE ROCKET ON THE PAD LONG BEFORE LAUNCH! Apollo 14 rollout occurred on November 9th, 1970:
[link to www.hq.nasa.gov]
Oh right, you don't believe anything NASA says no matter what, even if thousands of people all around the area fucking saw it. Fine, learn how to do some fucking research and check the newspaper archives yourself if you don't believe me:

appeared just as postcard, for the market, obviously.
An outstanding night view of the mighty Apollo 14 Saturn V (Spacecraft 110/Lunar Module 8/Saturn 509) with a crescent Moon almost directly overhead.

Is it any wonder how some are still so obsessed with these few words: mighty Apollo Moon?

40+ years later!

You are so stupid it hurts, I have a headache now because of your stupidity. The image list was your link dumbass, and more than one photo's description explicitly tells you when rollout happened... months before launch! Newspaper archives confirm it as well. Anyone who lives near the pads knows that they don't roll rockets out the day before launch, they can be seen on the pads for days and weeks before launch, sometimes even longer. That is standard operating procedure, so for you to assume it was only on the pad starting at the dates they attempted a launch shows your extreme ignorance of spaceflight and NASA.
