both would be the answer

Let me rephrase.

What is the Intended product?

And what is its nature?
To shape people
Or to put on stage as a production(theatrics)

The intended product can only be entertainment.

You cannot use GLP as a psyop anymore. Some would suggest this has been done in the past, or was even the original purpose of GLP, but the sheer chaos of a popular forum renders such experiments invalid.

There are so many shills, trolls, roleplayers, and genuine idiots, that anyone attempting to use GLP to screw with people's heads will inevitably be drowned out in all the white noise.

Places like 4chan have taught the internet to treat everyone else as a liar by default. You cannot measure people's psychological reaction to a thread if you don't really know who's taking it seriously and who's just being a troll.

well said.

but it can still be used to influnece.

so the fact you didnt mention this lends me to think your another agent.

Oh anything can be used to influence.

Those who are easily swayed, are easily swayed back. They're so changeable I don't even consider them relevant.

And anyone can start a thread, saying anything, for any reason. A smart individual takes that to heart, thinks critically about everything.

If you treat 95% of GLP as bullshit, as a rule, it becomes very difficult for people to lead you astray. Then things you find believable become the exception and not the norm.

Let's say you want to start a psyop thread, to convince people a made-up event actually happened (for example). At any given time, there are 10 other people already posting made-up events just for shits and giggles. How does your made-up event gain more credibility than the other made-up events? It can't. The other ones brought down your credibility before you even got a chance to post.

From the average GLP user's point of view, what's the difference between a genuine shill posting a psyop, and a genuine idiot just roleplaying? Absolutely nothing. Treat both as bullshit by default and you'll never be mislead. You're just as likely to be randomly pointed in the opposite direction of what they want you to think.
