Of course, that's what they want...civil unrest.

Want to add that there was a line of people waiting behind each of the six "background check" terminals. I've never seen anything like it. Why would they want to round everyone up and spread chaos making us vulnerable to everything else. Soldiers would be going after there own family. This is about something else. If they wanted to start civil unrest they'd just kill the power and fucking do it.
