I would like to officially call for a ban on intellectually-challenged police officers. There should be a mandatory IQ minimum (say, 110 or so) or else they can't be hired.

I realize that we'd be left with no police, but that would be all the more reason for people to arm themselves to the teeth.

does he mean guns in general or assault rifles like ar-15 n ak-47?

I'm not an American but I believe it says somewhere in your constitution that 'the right to bear arms will not be infringed upon'.
This being the case then any unconstitutional laws (gun bans) aren't laws that have to be obeyed.
If they come and try to take your guns, it will be them that's breaking the law.

Is there as of now any inappropriate behavior that gives the police the right to confiscate your gun/s?

Do you believe your government vill take your guns or just make a more "bureaucratic" system for the owners and thous to come, if you will.


Where im from there is massive background check done on the owner to see if....

you have any documented mental illnes
if you have done any crime and what sort
where you live and work and so on...

A frined of mine was so happy to get his lisence a year back but i always felt a bit uneasy about it because his, imo, not suitable for it as he had this massive depression before and been hospitalised. I didnt know him then but this is what he told me.
Just one month ago he got a bit too drunk so the police comprehended him because he couldnt walk home on his own and THAT made them confiscate his guns for five years...

IS this all different from USA???
