The absence of lawsuits is curious.
Im no expert on this subject, but is it possible that a condition of taking from the donation fund is an agreement not to sue?
Like I said, I'm no expert, but suppose the directors of the fund told would-be plaintiffs that they can bypass the lengthy litigation and get the much needed money now.
Thoughts?
